Refund policy

At our store, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to make it right.

1. The 7-Day Rule

You have 7 days from the day you receive your parcel to request a return or an exchange. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. When can I return an item?

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product: The item arrived broken or defective.

  • Wrong Item: You received a different item than what you ordered.

  • Missing Parts: Something is missing from your package.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags/labels.

  • For Journals: No writing or bent pages.

  • For Electronics/Other items: Seals must not be broken.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp at 03258601034 or email thewonderspk@gmail.com.

  2. Send Proof: Please share a clear Photo or Video of the issue and your Order Number.

  3. Approval: Once we check your request, we will guide you on how to send the item back.

5. Refunds & Payments

  • Exchange: We can send you a replacement item for free if the original was damaged.

  • Refund: Once we receive the item back, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3–5 working days.


Note: Shipping costs for returns are usually paid by the customer unless the mistake was from our side (wrong item).
