1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • We ship from Lahore.

2. Delivery Times

We use reliable courier services to ensure your parcel reaches you safely:

  • Inside Lahore: You will receive your parcel within 2 working days.

  • Outside Lahore (All over Pakistan): You will receive your parcel within 3–5 working days.

3. Order Cancellation

  • If you want to cancel your order, please inform us within 12 hours or before we ship it.

  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we cannot cancel the order.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Keep an eye out for Free Shipping offers on special orders!

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can use this to see exactly where your parcel is.

6. Important Note

Please ensure your Phone Number and Address are correct at checkout. Our courier partner will call you before delivery, so please keep your phone active!
